Wonderful Weekend

Here are some pics of Isaiah. He has really been moving around a lot. He does it very gradually so it would take forever to video. He rolls from side to side. He's been cracking us up. He wants to touch everything he sees and fusses if you don't let him. So,...
He started here

Worked and wiggled to here

And we picked him up here. Didn't want him to roll around on the hardwood!

Grace stayed over Saturday night. Brian had a UK game that night and work on Sunday. Grace brought her penguin pajamas so we had to change Isaiah into his so they could match. I was feeling a little left out, but then we spied penguins on my slipper socks that Lori sent me for Christmas!

Isaiah rounded out Heart Day weekend by spending some time with his Great Grandma H. and his Grandma & Grandpa E. They cooked dinner for us (along with Great Uncle John & Great Aunt Karen-they were sick so they couldn't make it) it was delicious!
FYI: He doesn't have his pants on b/c
Grandpa E. had a roaring fire keeping us all toasty warm!

  1. Rick and I enjoyed the time we spent together on Valentine's Day. Great Grandma Betty
greatly loved the time with Isaiah and
Kara, and I know she would have also enjoyed
the time with her Brian. It won't be long until
the rental property project will be completed,
and he will be back with us. Looks like Isaiah
was on the move so sweet love him.

  4. Looks like he's a-scootin & a-movin - Isaiah style. Judah is doing the same thing. Not really sure how he does it, but he's wiggles himself around. He's a beautiful boy!
On side note: LOVE the new look (especially the header:) hehe)...awesome, artsy photo with the snow in the background and the suncatcher with the snowflake in the foreground. LOVE, love it!!

And, you MUST discover date night (although I usually drag my heels in the ground until the drop off is complete & I remember how nice it feels to be one -on- one with the hubs.) I imagine with all of the busyness with the rental houses, work, and sweet baby boy some QT is long overdue.

We love you 3 & miss you dearly. Soooo enjoying your blog.
